V sync/ locked fps 2020 suggestions

Hello,

Been on 2020 for quite some time now but was wondering if i should be using vsync or locked fps. I have a rtx 4070ti super and a i9-10850k cpu. Currently use TAA and frame gen dx12. I’ve seen a mix so trying to get an idea what’s best. Don’t really wanna use dlss because I still see there’s annoying ghosting issues especially in the glass cockpit. My monitor is 144hz refresh rate and I fly in 2K 1440p resolution.
