Periodically have sim crash. Take as an example my last 4 flights. Did a flight to LTFM, then moved to EYVI (Fenix A321). Decided to fly to EDSS from EYVI by Ryannar PMDG 738.  Somewhere by Hannover I got CTD... Yesterday tried again the same route. Got CTD in the Netherlands... Almost the same area. Is this a coincidence or indeed such issues still exist in MSF2024?

Is there a way to see what the crash reason was? I checked the log viewer but I don't know how to read it...

See if you're getting MSFS or NVidia crashes.  I would start there and google the crash and go from there.
