It has been stated, correctly, multiple times in this thread now, that BATC does that itself. You either ask it per voice what the arrival runway is going to be, or you look up the D-ATIS for the arrival airport at any time in the flight. There is zero need to use any outside application.

 

And finally, as per real world, pilots plan one way and it might change inflight. Why the opening poster makes a fuss about this is really not quite understandable. It is normal and happens to pilots all the time. 

Of course one can plan with an arrival runway for fuel prediction purposes even before take off, but what it is really going to be, one should check about 20-40 miles before the calculated TOD.

You can also find in the SimBrief flight plan and switch to ATIS within a 100 miles of the arrival airport
