Ads and slow website

Featured Replies

Hello !

I’m completely new to this forum but I cant stop wondering why the website is slow for me and I can’t even reach the website and the text ”no available server” comes up, is this on my side or do you others also have this issue ? Anyway I look forward to keep reading about my hobby here

Cheers

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
Trying to keep peace and harmony and the will of Landru on the site seems to be a full time job!

I am having the same issue. Last night when I logged on I couldn't write anything and the only option I had in amongst all the ads was to completely shutdown my browser and start again....... But to no avail. It seems a little better today, at least I can write something but YES the ads are bothersome and tiresome. If we must have ads then at least ones related to simming would make it a bit easier on the eye perhaps.

Ads help to pay for the site. No where near enough in donations to come close to covering the costs of the server!
Hint....HInt....HINT!

For me that’s sitting in Sweden it doesn’t matter cus the server is prob based in USA or something, that’s why it doesn’t load properly for me and always throws me a server error a lot , I would have probably donated if it worked smoother for me I guess :)

Mr. Zippy!

I wish to change my password and have requested a link via email to do so, but nothing appears in either my Inbox or Spam folders. Tried multiple times with no success. Hope you can help.
