EasyATC – Live ATC readback helper for VATSIM (Payware)

I built EasyATC, a small Windows tool for VATSIM pilots that listens to the ATC frequency, transcribes it live, and shows you exactly what to say back — in plain language, not just raw phraseology.

The problem it solves:
Flying isn't the hard part for most newcomers — the radio is. Fast delivery, accents, noisy frequencies, and the pressure of everyone else listening on frequency. EasyATC reads along so you're not stuck guessing what was said.

What it does:

• Transcribes ATC transmissions live and highlights what's relevant to your callsign specifically (other traffic stays in the log, out of your way)

• Shows a suggested plain-language readback under each instruction

• Detects vPilot, xPilot, and Swift automatically — no virtual audio cable setup needed

• Runs 100% locally on your own PC (speech recognition happens on your GPU), no audio or transcript ever leaves your machine

• Only your licence key is checked online — everything else is offline

Important — what it is not:
It's a reading aid, not an autopilot. It never transmits for you, and if it's not confident about a number, it leaves the line blank rather than guessing. You're always the one talking on frequency.

Requirements: Windows 10/11 (64-bit), vPilot/xPilot/Swift, ~2GB disk space. Works without a dedicated GPU, but noticeably faster with one.
