Spent pretty much the entire day either trying to make the texture for the blurred prop blade effect or looking on the net for a how-to. I could probably figure out how to use a texture done by someone else, but that would not teach me how to do it myself. Anyone know if there is a tutorial on creating the prop texture using psp7? I'm ok on the circle part, I need the blade effect for the prop_blurred part.Robert

I think the effect that you are trying to achieve is a radial blur. I use PSP to make the texture, but I also use Photoshop to create the blur effect that you are speaking of.
