August 12, 200322 yr I would like to know the unit of "Barometric Pressure" of TokenVar.I'm now making a atomosphic pressure gauge for altimeter. However, it shows "16210" at ground level, when I set pressure as "29.92" at weather menu. If anyone know how to convert "Barometric Pressure" TokenVar to inches HG or Milibar. Of course, any suggestions are so welcome. Thanks in advance.
August 12, 200322 yr Try using KOHLSMAN_SETTING_MB or KOHLSMAN_SETTING_HG. That is, if you're using C and not XML. ;-) Matt KaprockiFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
August 12, 200322 yr The tokenvar BAROMETRIC_PRESSURE shows millibars*16, so divide by 16 to get to millibars.Interestingly it seems that AMBIENT_PRES_MBAR shows exact the same value (in this case the *16 factor is already written in the gauges.h).Arne Bartels
