Which parameters control rapid changes in pitch brought about by altering AP speed and/or deploying flap? Because the change is so rapid the throttles make large changes hunting the 'new' pitch/speed combination before settling down. What it seems to me that the Autopilot / Secondary Aerodynamics data in the air file might be set up incorrectly (see airfile rec#1199)Another thing that might be causing this is incorrect drag values, where as the aircraft decelerates / accelerates to fast, which also may be causing throttle hunting.(see airfile rec#1101 / drag)Let me know how it works out.
