Where to begin?

Hello everyone,I am planning to build a plane in GMax but I havent got a clue how to to that. I want to inclode a VC and animated parts. Is there an site with good tut's about this subects as I am a complete newbee. I have experience with 3d modelling thoughe.Thanks in advance,Robbert

Hey Robbert,You will need gMax from www.discreet.com --> make sure its version 1.2!Then if you go to freeflightdesign.com you will find lots of tutorials etc but the site appears to be down latelly. It would also be an idea to download the Microsoft SDK's aswell since they contain all the part names etc, sorry but i've not got the link for these. If you have 3d modelling experience it shouldn't be too hard for ya:P Do you have MSN? If so add me at andy.warden@[nospamplease]dsl.pipex.com (take out the [nospamplease])and I can explain lots of stuff on there to you if needed:POther people will know more for you at the moment but i have to run:)

What's up with freeflightdesign.com?I've been getting "server not found" for several days now (first times trying in months so could be they've been gone longer).

I checked this link but with the tutorials there is only an opening message, i cannot find any actual tuts there are a lot of tricks but they are very minimal. They do not really help me a lot, I really need some 'start from here' kind of tuts.
