Hi all.I need an advise regarding the creation of ldg lights. I have no problem getting them showing up in FS2004 after assigning them in gmax. The problem i have is, that they never point in the direction of flight but rather downwards or backwards. I already played around with the pivots according to an tutorial but no success so far.Any help appreciate...Kind regards, Michael.

The first serves as the "light source" and the other serves as the "reflector."If you only have the first one, then the result is that the light "shines straight down" as you've noticed.Actually, that is PRECISELY how the 737NG from "that notorious company" has created the red/green "light splashes" from the wingtip nav lights... :)
