Bill Morad's ATC Gauge in Spot, Virtual Cockpit, Tower Views?

Is there any way to get Bill Morad's excellent ATC gauge to show up in the spot, virtual cockpit and tower views? I use it in the cockpit view in all my planes and when I am in the spot, virtual cockpit or tower view it sure would be great to be able to answer ATC commands in these views without having to revert back to the cockpit view. Can the Morad ATC toggle switch be added to the virtual cockpit panel? I have tried and it does not work. It's a real shame that Bill is no longer with us. He was a GREAT friend here.
