August 10, 200619 yr Does anyone know of freeware design programs for FS? I've tried Gmax but I couldn't figure it out, because Im a beginner at this. I need something a little easier to use.thanks, Justin

GMax is not that difficult, but you do need to work through the tutorial examples to gain some basic understanding of the process. There are plethora "FS specific" tutorials available at http://freeflightdesign.com (among many other places)... August 10, 200619 yr Interesting sig Bill... makes me wonder what prompted that. :)While not free, FSDS is only about 50bucks and its specific to FS. You might think that 50 bucks is a lot of money, but put into perspective of other modeling program costs (which can reach the tens of thousands) its pretty cheap for what its capable of.Visit Abacus.com. The site is a horror, but the program is OK.Cheersshad
