2D panel resoultion.

Recommended Posts

Hi,I'm new to this panel creating stuff!I have a question about 2D panels and framerates. I'm editing a few panels for a multi-monitor setup. If I create a panel at a certain resolution and then display it in FS9, will framerates be better if it remains at that resolution? In other words, can I expect framerates to get worse if I start stretching /changing the size of the panel? Many thanks in advance.Charlie

I would expect no input on framerates when changing the size of a panel. Of course the selected windor and/or full screen resulution will have - depending on what your GPU can handle...Multi monitor setup - no idea, never tried that.

Yes, interestingly, I find that I get better frame rates when I fly in a window vs. full screen!I actually like that because it makes switching to another window fast and easy.Patrick
