I own Max8 which already has $3500 worth of "features," of which I probably use $160 worth......the vast majority of the rest being unsupported by FS anyway...So, I should spend another $149 USD for yet more "features" I'd not use?:-lol :-wave

Oh, I think you'd use these features. Actually, many of them I had long wanted. I've also been looking at Power NURBS, but then that would be hard to justify.But, to be honest, I didn't really start using all of Max's features till I watched some pros modeling live. Was fascinating to see them do in seconds what I didn't even know I could do! Sometimes there are just things that the UI is very poor at letting you do easily that in other packages you can do some much simpler. As a result, it is not apparent you can do it at all. But, it sure would be nice if Max just did these things stock. Still, I find Max more intuitive than Maya. Would be nice if you could do some things more like Alias though.
