is there a way to force a panel to open on a secondary monitor? i know you can open a panel on the main monitor and drag it over to the other monitor, but i'd like the panel to open on the 2nd monitor automatically. thanks.

Unfortunately there is not. The only way you can repeatedly have subpanels open on the secondary monitor is to (a) set them up that way, then (:( Save the flight.Every time you load that specific flight, your undocked windows will open on the second monitor for you.
