(Just ask my bud Jim >Kanold about how picky I am about textures!) >>> Dan Hi Dan,One trick that forces FS to use the higher resolution texture (not switching to a lower resolution and blurred mip map at longer distances) without turning OFF mip maps in the Display Options of FS, is to "declare" one color as transparent. So, when I want opaque, crispy, 255 colors (256 - 1 ) textures at all distances, I select one unused color and make it transparent.Regards, Luis
