Announcing Development of FSConnect

Just to let you know I'm working on a new add-on module for FS2002 called FSConnect. It's basic purpose is to allow third party programs to "read" and "write" state information from/to FS2002, similar to FSUIPC. When and if I get it done, it will be released as freeware. Hi Russ,Can it do a readout of the cursor position too? Than I am realy very interessed because in that case I will start a developpement of a module that will map FS2002 functions to user definable 3D sensitive areas in the VC, in fact to make them interactive. If it will be still interesting after the launch of fs2004 (COF)hm

No, it will not supply that information. I would imagine, though, that with a bit of Windows programming trickery, you could probably get that information.Russ
