Ramp lighting

Hi! I'm still using FS2K2 - too much attached to it to abandon just yet! I've made a scenery with APt2.6 build 157. I've installed ramp lighting (LightsP1.api) but the ramp remains dark when the lights are on. I'm using the asphalt.r8 texture. The surface of the ramp lights up OK in the aircraft taxi and landing lights. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

It depends on what kind of code is in that API if the ramp will light up or not. So without knowing the API, I can not really help further. Can you mayb post the code here?
