Run-time error 339, Need help please

Hi I keep getting this runtime error every time I open the arrow, than go to the N tool and click on my work bitmap.Can someone tell me if Ive done something wrong or Im missing something.Here is a screen shot to boot.Thanks Al

Maybe a stupid question, but which program are you talking about? This post makes no sense at all at the moment.I guess it is Ground2k, if that is the case, what does the error message say? The number tells most of us nothing (only the develloper might understand that).
