Ayers Rock all covered with snow

I downloaded Mat Dalton's Ayer's Rock scenery (ayers_rock.zip) found in the library but the "rock" is pure white. I've checked with the author and all looks well with the file structure. I've loaded it several times, doing so into the "scenery" file and the "addon scenery" file and still the same results. Also, when I remove the file from the scenery file, the 'rock' still appears white, no textures. Any ideas? (see attachment)
