Can anyone advise me an easy way to go about removing default buildings or objects like fuel tanks, control towers etc from default airports?

Download and install excbuilderv2.zip. If you want to pick and choose which buildings, towers vice a wholesale removal of the them, then make small excludes around each object to be removed.If you save the xml file for each exclude, you can then cut and paste them into one file, compile, and place one xxxx_EXC.bgl.W. Then you need to make an old style exclude.You can do this with any design program like FSSC or Airport, or with a little piece of SCASM code that you write yourself.If you do a search on the forum on this subject you will find a lot of information, as it has been discussed a lot before.
