Poly around airport

Featured Replies

Hello all,I'm new to scenery design and have a very simple question, how the heck can I fix this ugly poly that surrounds this airport?I was able to create 2 files, an Exclude.bgl for all the surrounding buildings etc using SceneGenX. I then created a new LandClass that surrounds the area as well. Now onto the next layer which is this ugly grassy poly, any direction would be helpful, I've been reading until my eyes fall out for the past 3 nights.http://www.wspilots.com/images/SS-0002.jpgThanks

Hi,There are some realistic grass textures and probably you can apply your own digital pictures. Even there are a few tutorials how to make grass.I tried it in a hurry, but there was a wrong scaling so that the outcome was not nice to see. I fear also that the frame rates will be affected.Like to know who to proceed me too.Greetz. Jos

Hi,This grass polygon is a VTP polygon (part of the mesh scenery). So if you want to remove it you need to make a VTP exclude.
