November 13, 200520 yr Commercial Member Have you tried what is written in the readme of CellGrid? That seems rather clear to me. Arno If the world should blow itself up, the last audible voice would be that of an expert saying it can't be done. FSDeveloper.com | Former Microsoft FS MVP | Blog
November 13, 200520 yr Author Hello Vincent,Let's see - CellGrid is like scenery, like roads, except that it is laid down in a grid and uses its own textures.1. You must first determine the coordinates for the Cell where you want the grid. You can use Dick Ludowise's TCalc for this.2. Once you know the Cell coordinates, just create a text file (using Notepad, for example) with the following content, for example, if your Cell coordinates are 192,128: include Cell_Grid_2004a.inc CellDefine 192, 128Of course, you must place your coordinates there, not 192,128.3. Save the text file and give it any name you want - the bgl will have that name.4. In the same folder, you must have the following files: - BGLC.exe - Cell_Grid_2004a.inc - TDFHeaders.inc - TDFMacros.inc5. Take the text file and drag it on top of BGLC. A bgl will be created.6. Since this is scenery, place the bgl in a Scenery folder. Take the included textures and place them in a Texture folder. Declare it all in the Flight Simulator Scenery Library.7. Fly to the location and see the grid.Best regards.Luis Hot, humid Caribbean paradise!
