Top row of sky textures

I'm working on some new sunset and sunrise textures, and was wondering what the top 1st row of pixels does, because it doesn't fit in with the rest of the bitmap. I know the bottom row influneces cloud and haze layer, but I haven't noticed any difference with the 1st row. Scott Armstrong

Also a less than 10 mile visibilty haze value. I *think* this is covered in one of the SDKs...cheers,Jason
