Library Object Manager/Scenery Maker 0.99 Released

This is a major re-write of the program. There are a number of enhancements and fixes to Library Object Manager, and Scenery Maker is completely re-written. A major aim of Scenery Maker is to make complex, difficult or time consuming tasks easier and includes new tools for Bridge Making, Fence Making, Object Lines and Filling user defined polygons with objects such as trees.Details available at www.scruffyduck.plus.com and available for download from my site.
