which 3d design program for FSX?

i would like to do some simple design objects for FSX like cabins, floatplane bases, etcwhat would be the cheapest/most affordable 3d program to do that for FSX? just simple stuff,nothing complexthanks

At the moment there is no tool (except 3DS Max) that can export in the FsX format. MS has announced that there will be a new GMax gamepack, so I would wait for that. GMax already comes with the FsX Deluxe disk, we only have to wait for the new exporter tool.
