missing runway/taxiways in FSX

I have tried using a few FS9 sceneries in FSX, but in all cases so far it seems to loose the taxiways and in some instances the runways e.g. VFR London or UK2000 - EGLC.Is there a quick fix for things like this e.g. converting AFCAD files from FS9 or some easy exclude?Regards,Stuart
