I just started looking into using some of the mesh scenery's that have been created and was wondering if they cause frame rates to drop? Appreciate your help!!

HI Bill,While anything more detailed than the default will impact frame rates, it's a matter of degree. If you have a high-end system, the impact will be negligible, depending of course on your performance tolerances.If you're fixated on achieving the highest frame rates possible and constantly watch that counter and start to fidget when it falls below 30, you might be disappointed. If you turn off the frame rate counter and just fly, you're likely to be very pleased.Best thing I can recommend is to go to Mesh Central and download some of the free packages available there to see if they'll work for you, your performance preferences, and your system.Mesh Central is at http://www.fsgenesis.comJustin
