FS2000 Terrain SDK anyone anywhere?

Featured Replies

Hello there I am designing the Norrk

The trouble may be at your end. The fs2000 TerrainSDK is over 2.3MB. The fs2002 TerrainSDK is 471KB while the CustomTerrainTextureSDK is over 8.9MB.If your ISP limits your download to a certain size, then that could be your problem.http://www.microsoft.com/games/fs2000/devdesk.asphttp://zone.msn.com/flightsim/FS02DevDeskSDK00.aspI tried downloading the fs2000 TerrainSDK before I posted this reply and had no problems downloading.

oh thanks i didn't know there was one for fs2002...my isp does not limit downloads... hoho at least not anything under a gb

Actually, the SDK problem most probably has nothing to do with the download. I have the same problem and I can download 400MB files with no problem. The problem seems to be that some of the SDKs were written with an off-the-wall program that not everyone can read on their computer.

That's funny!:-lol Off the wall program!!!:-lolIf you are talking about a *.doc file, you can use Microsoft Office/Word 97/2000/2002 OR download a Word viewer from http://www.microsoft.com/office/000/viewers.aspIf you are talking about a *.pdf file, you can download Adobe's PDF Reader from www.adobe.comFunny indeed!:-lol
