Downloading Large Areas of Aerial Photographs

Hello all... Bit of a newbie to these forums but I have done a little mesh creation already. However, every time I have done it, I have to manually download each section of aerial photograph separately and paste it all together which can get very tedious. Is there any way to download a huge chunk of it (specifically from the site below) and use it? How do companies like MegaScenery make such large mesh areas?
