Can somebody please tell me which frequency is used in FS2002 airports in order to control the AI TrafficHere you see a part of my hometown:; Flight Simulator Airport EHTW (Twenthe AB); File generated by AFCAD Version 1.4; HomeFile( "eurnwafd.bgl" );Set( fsvers 0x800 )Header( 1 N52:19.6061 N52:13.2423 E6:58.2031 E6:48.5736 )AI_Border( N52:19.6061 N52:13.2423 E6:58.2031 E6:48.5736 )Container( APT 1 ) APLocation( N52:16.5497 E6:53.3466 34.75 ) ICAO_ID( EHTW ) ;---- Runways and associated ILS units RwyLoc( N52:16.5506 E6:53.3487 34.75 55.090 -1.0 9801 164 N 6 ASPHALT 0xA0 335.3 ) RwyLoc( N52:16.1009 E6:53.0428 34.75 111.290 -1.0 6558 82 N 11 ASPHALT 0xA0 335.3 ) ;---- Marker Beacons (if any) ;---- Helipads (if any) ;---- Communications Frequency( 118.575 APCON "TWENTHE" ) Frequency( 122.100 APCON "TWENTHE" ) Frequency( 118.575 APCON "TWENTHE" ) Frequency( 122.100 APCON "TWENTHE" ) Frequency( 122.450 APCON "TWENTHE FINAL" ) Frequency( 123.300 APCON "TWENTHE FINAL" ) Frequency( 119.950 CT "TWENTHE" ) Frequency( 122.100 CT "TWENTHE" ) Frequency( 121.600 CT "MIL RAMP" )I use at the momemt 3 overlays for this airport and i am having difficulties with the traffic control; now it is using 119.950 CT

It will use the top one for each different type listed. In your excample it would use 118.575 for APCON "TWENTHE".If you want an overlay to use a different freq., you just have to rearrange the list for each overlay.Matt

Hi Matt, thanks for replying me, but the answer is not right in my case, because the CT freguency is use and that is not on top of the list!I will explain my situation a little bit more:I have 2 overlays 1 civil and 1 mil; but now the traffic control doesn't work; it handles just as it are 2 different situations; the 2 sets of aircraft are not controlledbye bert

They meant the first CT frequency on the list, which is working correctly in your case. As for your second statement, once you create an overlay it will indeed be treated as a separate airport, and there will be alomost no interaction between that and the original airport. The only interaction that will happen is that they will (sometimes) stop if they are running into each other (i.e. within a few feet of each other), and the two controllers will wait for each other when sharing the CT frequency.Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___
