TTools and UT Help Please

I have TTools 2.02 and Ultimate Traffic. My questions are - 1) If I use TTools to modify my plans and compile with TTools will UT remove my aircraft and flightplans when I compile with UT? 2) If I add an AFCAD2 to the addon scenery will UT use it? I am using FS2004. Thanks, regards, Bob.
