AC numbers in aircraft.txt

Featured Replies

Do the aircraft numbers in all aircraft files need to be unique?I downloaded rafai.zip, installed the AF2 bgls and compiled the flightplans ok. However, certain aircraft do not show in FS9. I also checked the flightplans using yRoute and they appeared ok.What else can I check?George

I was mistaken, yRoute reports that none of the aircraft are in FS2004. In particular, the PAI E-3A Sentry. However, here is an extract from the config file:{fltsim.0}title=PAI E-3A Sentrysim=paie3av6model=panel=sound=texture=GENERICkb_checklists=kb_reference=atc_id=atc_id_color=0xffffffffatc_airline=atc_flight_number=atc_parking_types=MIL_CARGOui_manufacturer=Project AIui_type=E3A SENTRYui_variation=PAI Generic c/satc_heavy=0description=Project AI E3A Only for use with AI Traffic! And here is the yRoute report:http://www.geo-davison.demon.co.uk/yRoute.jpgHelp,George

Have you checked your Parking at BOTH Airports to assure both the Correct type and size?

Thanks Ideas, I haven't, I assumed that the enclosed AF2 files were correct. I shall look at them with Afcad tomorrow.George

I found out what the problem was. I had checked the FS2004 box in yRoute, however it was trying to access FS2004 on my C: drive! As it happens, it's on D:.I set the path and now yRoute shows only a few missing aircraft and it's correct, I don't have these aircraft.George
