Does anyone know if the star crossing runway procedure outlined by Jim Viles will work for runway types other than concrete or asphalt? I have done a few airports, so I know how the procedure works, but can't get it to work with smaller airports with only gravel or water crossing runways. I honestly haven't tried it on soft or water surface type runways. I'll have to take a look.As always I recommend first trying an airport with two existing runways about 10-20 degrees apart. Smaller and simplier makes it easier to see what might be the issue.
