AFCAD & TTOOLS questions.

Recommended Posts

Hi,Apart from FS9, I am still an FS8 user and I 'd like to know if there is a way, in an overlay airport, that the airport's sole tower regulate traffic as if there were a single airport, because now traffic taking off from the one, bumps into traffic coming to take off from the other. Obviously two Towers are heard and I think this might be the problem. I wonder if someone of the experienced simmers has found a workaround to this. The two airports' traffic share the same runway for TO & Landing. And a TTools question : why ATC directs in most of times user aircraft to always the same parking position, no matter if a/c has been edited properly beforehand, assuming that there is plenty of parking positions and all red nodes are present ?Thanks,Sotiris.

Hi,Overlays only work well if they have their own separate runways, sorry. The rules for user aircraft are different from AI aircraft - ATC does not follow the AI rules for your own plane. It usually gives you the first empty spot on the parking list large enough for your plane.Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___
