Lost Aircraft for FSX after Down loading World of AI

Featured Replies

The aircraft are now missing after i loaded World of AI traffic Is the FSX files in another file? Where is the traffic file located?

Hi,WoAI flight plan files are in FS2004 format. FSX will load FS2004 flight plan files, but then will not load any FSX format files. It's one or the other. There are utilities that will convert the WoAI files to FSX format, so then both will appear. I don't know the name of them, though.Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___

Instead of having to change all the WOAI files to FSX format, it is alot easier to change the FSX traffic file (TrafficAircraft.bgl) to fs 9 format...Then you can load all the FS9 format AI you want.....Go to FSXSCENERYWORLDSCENERY and rename the "TrafficAircraft.bgl" file to something like "TrafficAircraft.bgl.org",Then copy and paste Reggie Fields files here: http://www.flightsim2004-fanatics.com/uplo...A/Def_GA_DL.htmThese are FSX default traffic files that are converted to FS9 format so you can have FSX default traffic and also install WOAI FS9 AI traffic with no changes....Hope this helps...Also read this thread Alot of good info....Louhttp://forums.flightsim.com/vbfs/showthrea...highlight=bmg50
