ATR42 - when?

Featured Replies

Hi,When can we download Simvol`s ATR42 ?The plane looks so gooood:-lol !!!I hope it is as realistic as the incredible TBM700.But when we talk about Simvol...-the products are always perfect;) Bye , mikeair

The ATR 42-500 is in the works. Because we want an aircraft of the same quality than the other ROTW creations, we take our time. We don't want an approximative flying machine such other sims but a complete ATR with all the systems and a very realistic comportment.Fot that, the 3d model and the panels are one thing, but the files (data, world, etc) are very important, and very hard to make. See the long work done by PMDG with their aircrafts and a complete designer team ! We are only two on this aircraft and it is as complex than a Boeing. Also, we want an ATR available for PC and for Mac...

Jean,Merci pour ce magnifique travail!Fly!ers are usually patient. We know that Fly!s strenght is in quality rather than quantity.I'm confident that you'll do it as good as it can be, so take all time that is needed! (and sure I can hardly imagine how much work it needs!)Amiti

Just an indication : the .amp file of the ATR is 310 pages (in A4 Word format) long !!!! And there are many other files...Our aim is that the files will all be highly commented to give the future creators a complete comprehension of the thing, so they can also work on others sophisticated planes.
