F.a.o. Pete..... Same Problem with EasyJet

Featured Replies

Hi Pete, I've changed the colour for the engine textures several times now and I seem to be getting the same problem. As you can see in the PICS its in exactly the same place although the textures for the engine area and size have changed.I 'll look into this in more detail tomorrow, but I just wondered if you'd ever come across this before. Thanks John

I have an idea. Are you placing your tif in the art folder?Send the tif to [email protected] I'll pod if up and see what I see. I'll also pod it over on the Mac to see if it's a platform issue, although I cannot image that that would have anything to do with it.PeteBye the bye,The EasyJet looks real sweet!

Very nice repaint John :-)Giorgio

WOW, excellent ! When will you put it online?Grate job! Nico

Hi Pete.....Ive just this second posted some pics. As for the problem I have no idea what the cause was. I completely stripped off all my painting amendments, one by one, untill I was left with Giorgio's original Tif and placed it in Fly and the transparent engine sections were still there. After several hours changing colours, shapes and testing, I still had the problem. So I went back to the drawing board and UNpodded his original Version 2 and having confirmed the engine textures appeared OK!..............I started to redo and retexture my Easyjet livery and I'm glad to say everthing appears OK........Apart from that annoying texture in the engine 1 intake. But we can't have everything. Thanks PeteJohn.PS .I will need your Help, though because I have'nt got a clue what to do with them next, in order to get them uploaded.
