November 25, 200223 yr HiI have started to practice flying the helicopter in Fly! II. It is very difficult comparing with airplanes but very fun. My question is where can I find a complete checklist for the helicopter. It is not so realistic to hit the "E" button to start the engine.
November 25, 200223 yr MatsYou do know that if you press the 'K' key you'll get a checklist window?Otherwise, an Internet search on the helicopter model along with the word 'checklist' might yield results.Andrew Luck18 miles SW EGSH
November 26, 200223 yr Mats:Did you already download the PDF file from the Fly! II library? Below is the link.http://ftp.avsim.com/library/sendfile.php?DLID=9265Although it is not a checklist, it does give you step-by-step instructions of how to startup the chopper.Hope it helps.Regards,Alejandro AmigorenaCheshire, CTAthlon XP 1800ABIT KR7A-RAID768Mb RAMGeForce 3 64MBSB Audigy GamerCH Flight Yoke USBCH Pro Pedals USB
November 26, 200223 yr ...it's for the OH-58 = Bell 206It may help though... You can find at http://usarmyaviation.com/pubs.htm along with checklist for the BlackHawk, Huey, etc.The direct link is: http://usarmyaviation.com/Documents/oh-58c/OH58ACCL.pdfIt's tough to find this kind of info on the 'net since many companies make money selling checklists...Regards,Alejandro AmigorenaCheshire, CTAthlon XP 1800ABIT KR7A-RAID768Mb RAMGeForce 3 64MBSB Audigy GamerCH Flight Yoke USBCH Pro Pedals USB
November 26, 200223 yr Author Hejsan Mats! You do know that there is a small fix made by Joseph that improves on the a bit awkward handling of the heli on the ground? You find it on this link http://ftp.avsim.com/library/sendfile.php?DLID=9901My favourite flight with the heli is taking off from KSFO and trying to put it down at the ship closest to the airport in the shortest time possible! :)Ha det!KristerMariehamn, Finland Krister LindénEFMA, Finland------------------
