December 2, 200223 yr Commercial Member Gents-I am happy to announce that I've made the first version of the Aerosoft Australia MCP747 DLL available for general use.PLEASE consider this a first release - it has only been tested by one (very eager) user (Bob Lyddy), whom I thank very much for his patience.Keep in mind, this is an UNSUPPORTED release - this means we will not be providing full support for this product, but chances are that I will respond to queries and questions on it, as time permits. Also, keep in mind that I've only had time to test this with the PMDG 757 for Fly!2 - it may well work with the 777, but I haven't tested that functionality.I want to thank Aerosoft Australia for their gracious donation of the test unit. I completely recommend their product - it's well worth the asking price. You can find info on how to order at www.mcp747.com .Go download the external MCP 747 DLL atwww.precisionmanuals.com/public/extMCP/PMDG7x7extMCP100.zipCheers, Lefteris Kalamaras - Founder www.flightsimlabs.com
December 3, 200223 yr Lefteris,THANK YOU for taking the time to develop and provide the dll's. Your support of Fly! is very much appreciated! Fly!ers - The MCP747 is just amazing and I completely agree with Lefteris in that it is worth every penny.Bob Lyddy
December 7, 200223 yr Hi Lefteris,This is hot news. I asked Aerosoft if they would make this MCP usable for Fly!2, but they answered that they would not and they referred to the message of Richard about the uncertain future of Fly!I'm so happy that you did this job and I will certainly buy this product when it has been tested thoroughly. Please keep me / us informed.
