I've tried 3 times to download the P-51, but every time I get a message that the "sub system is not registered (sefx)" then it says File: subsystem.cpp Line:254WTF? Anyone know what I should do?

Hi. When you download the P51 you will haveFour P51 POD filesP51BC_P64_LIV.podP51BC_P64_MOD.podP51BC_P65_ART.PODP51BC_P65_PAR.PODOne SMOKE.PODCreate a P51D folder in FLYII/AIRCRAFT and put all these POD files it it.AND a P51BC_P65_DLL.zipUnzip these DLL files into the FLYII/modules/PC folder.I am not sure but I think you forgot one or more DLL`s.RegardsLeen

You will get the "sub system is not registered" message if Fly!II can't find the DLL files for the P-51 when you select the aircraft. All of the DLLs are zipped up in a folder called P51BC_P65_DLL - that's the problem. It's real easy to get into trouble here because of the way in which the instructions were written - they tell you to unzip the DLLs directly into the modulespc folder. If you follow this procedure it won't work. Unlike the aircraft files, the DLLs cannot be in a subfolder - they must be placed directly in the pc folder. If you still have the DLLs in the aforementioned folder, move them into the pc folder, then delete the empty directory. If you've already removed everything and want to start over, unzip the P51BC_P65_DLL.zip file to a temporary location, open the folder, then select all of the DLL files and move them directly (just the files) into the modulespc folder.Unlike the DLLs, the aircraft files can be placed in subfolders - to keep things neat, I put all of the P51 pods in a P51 folder. This is a remarkable aircraft - enjoy!
