Flight planner checklist/IFR Alert;;SFO and OAK in Database

Q1)When I start a flight after completing the flight planner and then acknowledging the Alert: 'If this is an IFR flight...'my flight planner checklist screen reappears and then the IFR Alert screen appears again. In other words both have to be mouse clicked twice. Is this normal?Q2) SFO and OAK are not in the list of airports for California in the Flight Planner. I have to manually enter SFO and OAK and then do the search. How can I enter SFO and OAK into the flight Planner list of airports for California? I presume other airports for other countries can also be entered eg France.Thanks for the answers,:-beerchug
