May 30, 200224 yr I have by process of elimination terminating processes in order togain more heap memory for FS. Does anyone know exactly what can be killed without affecting performance. Any help would be much appreciated. TksBobG
May 30, 200224 yr Howdy BobHere is a good link with lots of information about killing programs.http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_content.htmEndItAll2 does a good job in WinMe killing unimportant processes and leaving the important ones running, (most of the time), One may have to tweak EndItAll a bit with trial and error, but all in all it does a good job for me, again I use WinMe currently.EndItAll2 is an update to EndItAll and comes from Ziff-Davis, below is the link.http://www.pcmag.com/article/0,2997,s=1478&a=13909,00.aspHope this helpshttp://members.cox.net/wb5okj/ArcherII.jpg Donald E.
