Super AI weirdness

Featured Replies

Futher to my previous post, here's some shots of a strange AI problem I noticed at Sanderson. Has anybody seen this? An AI anomaly par excellence! I have the beta AI pack with the new planes in it - but these aren't new planes...Quietly taxiing one day and... what's this then?http://forums.avsim.com/user_files/22029.jpgAnother view. Durn disappearing taxi lines...http://forums.avsim.com/user_files/22030.jpgOK, I got tired of waiting so I cut the grass and overtook the shamozzle. At this point, the two opposite-facing planes disappeared. Now, what's the story with the Mooney and the Chinook?http://forums.avsim.com/user_files/22031.jpgHuh? I've seen it all now... :-lolhttp://forums.avsim.com/user_files/22032.jpgAnother time (Sando again?) and I couldn't get past this Beechjet. A quick zoom around and I found these two, sitting on the disused runway...http://forums.avsim.com/user_files/22034.jpgIn both of these cases, once I had moved past the AIs, all weirdness stopped. I wondered whether FU3 was having problems interacting with an unlisted aircraft :-( I have since returned a few times with no weirdness but I'll keep looking ;):-waveJon Point*************************([email protected])*************************

Jon,Unfortunately, the AI planes do sometimes get stuck. That's just part of FU3 (unfortunately). They should eventually disappear altogether, and then other planes can taxi as normal. As for the Chinook, this is actually a Cessna in disguise....and is ONLY present in the current high detail AI pack. In fact, this is one of the reasons that I don't currently use this upgrade, since the Chinook looks pathetic (in my opinion).Chris Low,ENGLAND.
