I would really like to "see" quite a few people at the chat next Saturday. The world of FU3 has been given a kick start recently, and it would be nice to share my thoughts on future progress with you all.Chris Low.

You'll be see-ing more planes that close in future,now that RVSM(Reduced Vertical Separation Minimums) rules are now in place forthe higher (above 29,000ft) flight levels.In simple terms,provided both aircraft have TCAS,Transponder, and havehad their Altimeter/ADC calibrated, then the vertical minimum comes down to only 1000ft above 29,000, whereas it was 2000ft. For aircraft not 'rvsm capable' it also stays at 2000ft, with permission from atc to operate non-rvsm in rvsm airspace.:-wavePete

Pete, that's fine if George is in the cockpit, but I'm not sure that I can keep within 1000 ft the way I fly:) Well I'm not sure I keep within a 1000 ft when I'm taxiing ...
