Reinstalling PSS757

Hi, when I am going to install it two things have happened:1- A message saying I have not purchased the product2- Another message saying username/password not validHow can I check this info? Because I am almost sure that it is correctRegards

I have two possible email accounts with two passwords in mind, but none of them works.S***!!

having the same issue.....anyone else?If anyone can check their email inbox, could you tell me if PSS sent you a email after your purchase? I found one regarding my account activation (which doesnt hold the password) but I cant find one from pss for purchase confirmation...Any info would be great guysshawn

Shawn,I believe that they sent an e-mail but only as a receipt for payment. It did not include passwords etc.To obtain the 757 etc, you had to log onto the My Account section of the website and then use your account e-mail/password to validate the download.John R
