777-300ER problem

I tried to download my 777-300ER but got the message that access was denied as I have not purchased the product. However, I do have documented proof of purchase. I tried my Airbus ABPro and 330/340 and those two worked.Can anyone help please ?Thanks

It happens the same to me with the 757 and I have no idea how to solve it.
