Holding due to weather

Featured Replies

Hi!If the weather of arrival airport is not good,ATC instructs to hold over final fix point and fly around about 2 times. But when even the weather is not so bad, ATC request to holdagain and again. If the weather was not so bad, can we use any options that I can direct final fix point without holding. Does anybody know this? Please tell me.Thank you for your help.

sounds like you have forced holding on. are you trying to turn it on or off with the scroll bar?when it says holding on-> off, pressing ctrl-shift-y will turn holding offif it says holding off->on, pressing ctrl-shift-y will turn it onholding is a random event, it is not always on or off be default

Hi,Jd!Thanks for your reply.I didn't know that about scroll bar.I could know about holding well.I'll try that.Thank you very much!

Thank's for the info - i always forget about it in the beginning and sometime i don't have the time, so as nothing were stated anywhere (i haven't be able to find anything about it before) i have reported "short of fuel" to get around it.... But i hurry to add this to my memory! :-)
