Coming back to FS and RC...help installing/upgrading pl

Featured Replies

First off, I'll apologize for this post. I've read the FAQs and read through some old posts. However, I still find myself a little confused. But, I'm on my second cup of coffee-- Hopefully that will clear up. :)Here's the deal:I've just recently come back to the FS world. I have FS2002--FS2000 is no longer available to me.So, I want to install RC again. I have my original RC v2.0 CD I purchased some time ago. Nothing else. That said, how do I get RC up and running? Is the required New Product ID on the cd? I only ask about the ID as I don't have any orginal emails from the original purchase (thought the ID may have been assigned that way).Again, I apologize for asking what I'm sure is rather obvious...but it ain't to me--not today, anyway. Thanks!! :)

a lot has changed since 2.0a lotyou will need to download rcv22.exe, rcv22jd.exe, rcv22dt.exe, rcv22tc.exeinstall each of themor you can write to [email protected], send him a check for 15$, and he'll ship you a 2.2 cd

Thanks for the reply, JD.So, according to your post, my V2.0 CD is worthless? Ie. nothing on there is needed? (that was one of things I was confused about).
