Newbie Question

Hi,I read a lot about RC and most of it were good critics. After flying half a year with the MS built in ATC I decided to buy RC. But unfortunately it seems to be a bit tricky for a newbie to use it. First of all I have two questions:1) How can I change the hot key assignments or how can I redirect the keys to buttons on my MS SideWinder FF pro?2) Is there a way to display the words spoken by the controllers as text like the built in ATC does? Sometimes it's hard for me to understand the controllers -- especially if German is my native language ;-) Many thanks,Thomas

welcome aboard1) you maybe able to use some of the new features in fsuipc to assign joystick keys to certain functions. version 3, i can re-assign each key function to any key you want2) not in v2, version 3 - i've got it covered

Thanks,I think, I can live with your answers ;-)But there is another question (maybe generally adventure related):How can I save a RC adventure and resume it later where I've left it. I can save the flight as a "normal" flight but it seems, radar contact is not working, when I reload it.Unfortunately I haven't the time to spend hours in front of my computer continuously.Thank you again, Thomas.

there is no way to save an adventure and start again at a later date (limitation of adventure)fortunately we have a feature in version 3 which allows you to do just that. you can even share saved files amongst other radar contact version 3 users!

Oh, it seems that I'm another RC user who is looking forward to the release of v3.Thomas
